Want to access your web sites stats?

Your website will attract many visitors, and tracking their activity is a great way to understand what happens when they visit. Web statistics will show which pages they land on, where they came from (e.g., referral websites like Google search results), and how many views your pages are receiving. The Plesk stats folder provides this information for you. While it may not be as concise or in-depth as other analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, it will still give you a rudimentary outline of what’s happening on your site. To access these stats, you need to visit your website and add '/plesk-stat/' at the end of the address. For example, if my website address were https://1stdomainswebsites.co.nz, to access the statistics page, I would enter https://1stdomainswebsites.co.nz/plesk-stat/. Once on that page, a popup should appear asking for access. This is where you will enter the FTP details provided in your confirmation email when the web hosting was purchased. If you don't have them, below are instructions on how to update the password.

Here are the detailed steps to change the password for the Plesk-stat folder:

  1. Access the Web Hosting Control Panel:

    1. Navigate to 1st Domains Login and log in using your 1st Domains Account ID and Password.
    2. On the 'Account Manager' page, under 'Domain Names & Hosting Services', click 'Manage Domains & Services'.
