To check your billing dates and renewal information for domains registered with 1st Domains, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Visit the 1st Domains login page and enter your account credentials. If you've forgotten your login details, you can retrieve them using the lost password request page.
Step 2: Review Domain Expiry and Renewal Dates
Once logged in, you will be on the Account Manager page, select Manage Domains & Services. Here, you'll see a list of your domains along with their expiry dates under the "Expires". You can sort this list by the expiry date column to easily identify upcoming renewals. Click on the small arrow to sort the domains by their expiry date.
You can renew the domain from this page or enable auto renew.
Don’t have access to your 1st Domains account? No worries! You can still check the expiry date of your domain using a public service called WHOIS.
On the 1st Domains website, hover over the "Domains" menu at the top and select "Find Domain Owner (WHOIS)". Enter your domain name (without the www), tick "I'm not a robot," and click "Search WHOIS."
In the results, look for the field labeled "Registry Expiry Date" or "Expiry Date." For .nz domains, it may be listed as "Domain Date Expiry." This is the date your domain will expire.
